In 2002 ,we developed a seafare management solution for crew management companies-CMS Professional which helps the customers to control each crew’s certificate expired date with an alarm, each crew’s status onboard the vessel or not,crew’s salary management, crew’s agreement with the shipping companies; at the same time, tracing the every access users what/when/how they are operating with the system. This solution is largely increasing the efficiencies and effectiveness. As the solutions is updating and upgrading every year from 2002 on, we updated the solutions several hundred times. This crew management solution is the best crew management solution in China.
There are 127 company customers for now in South East Asia with different versions that is suited for different customers.
We are providing a vessel monitoring and piloting solution via Inmarsat C terminals, which displays the ship positions in vector sea chart with polling operation. Also we import ISM’s regulations and principles into the solution to help the ship owners to strictly follow the ISM code to finish the works efficiently, and save the valuable information into the knowledge database guiding the others’ operation.

So far we have more than 340 vessel customers that are trading worldwide sea area and using Inmarsat communications services. there are 25% increase annually in AAIC registrations and activations under DP03 for vessels flagged Panama/Belize/Cambodia/Marshall Islands/St Vincent/Vanuatu and RS01 for vessels flagged Singapore/HongKongand GB14 for HongKong and PG17 for Sierra Leone.
